1/ Order preparation

In TRIOR Store everything is done to your jewelry arrive quickly and safely.  Your order is prepared with great care before being shipped.

2/ Shipping charges


For all other orders we apply the current postal rate.


For the other countries, the shipping will be ensured by International Colissimo (signature required for delivery + integrated Insurance). For these countries, TRIOR is obliged to quote prices excluding local import tax on its web site and is unfortunately unable to inform you about customs charges which you will have to settle upon reception of the goods. For these countries, the prices indicated on the site are based on departure from Paris, but do not include import tax. The import taxes are to be settled by you upon arrival of the goods.

3/ Shipping delays

The shipment of packages is Monday through Friday. Between 48 hours and 72 hours following payment by card, 48 to 72 hours following the reception of a postal order. Approximately 6 to 7 days following reception of check.

4/ Delevery delays

We use the Colissimo system of La Poste for the shipping of our orders. Delivery times are 48 to 72 hours for metropolitan France, and 4 to 15 days for Europe, overseas territories and the rest of the world. It may happen that the 72 H deadline is not respected by the post office, this time is given as an indication. For deliveries in Letter Max, the delivery time of the Post is from 48h to 72h. Nevertheless TRIOR can not be held responsible for delays in delivery due to the services of La Poste.

The delivery is made to the address indicated on the delivery slip, filled in by the buyer. The delivery address must be a physical address (N / street). If a package is returned by carrier due to insufficient or incorrect address, you'll need to take care of your shipping charges for reshipment of the package

TRIOR reserves the right to refuse any delivery to a post office box.

5/ Shipping Order

You can constantly monitor the status of your order, whether it is awaiting validation in process or shipped, from your account on the website. In your account you can also find your orders later. Once the order is shipped, you have a tracking number to let you know in real time or is your package. 


6/ Non-conformity of goods delivered

If the goods delivered do not conform to the order (as specified in the confirmation email), TRIOR shall put the order right or reimburse the total cost (including re-shipment charges).

Please send an email informing TRIOR of the error must be sent to our customer services within one month from the date of receipt of the package.
